Established in 1991, our Child Care Subsidy approved Centre, has proudly served local families for over 30 years, helping each child build confidence, creativity, and essential skills for lifelong learning.

With the arrival of spring and National Wattle Day on the 1st of September, we’ve been inspired to learn more about the plants and animals that are unique to Australia.
The children have been exploring the significance of the wattle tree, not just as a symbol of our country, but also for its important place in First Nations culture. This learning sparked curiosity about other native plants and flowers, as well as the many Australian animals that live alongside them.

It is an initiative of the Inclusion Support Programme, funded by the Australian Government and managed by KU Children’s Services in partnership with Include Me and Gowrie NSW. The Inclusion Support Programme supports our educators with the inclusion of all children, including those with additional needs.
