🎵✨ End of Year Christmas Concert & Graduation Ceremony ✨🎵
You are warmly invited to join us for our End of Year Christmas Concert and Graduation Ceremony at St Ives Chase Kindergarten on Thursday, 4th December at 4:00pm.
Our concert will highlight the children’s wonderful accomplishments throughout the year, featuring performances that reflect their growth, learning, and experiences during their time at kindergarten.
Following the concert, we will celebrate the achievements of all children transitioning to school in 2025 with a formal graduation ceremony.
🗓️ Event Details
Date: Thursday, 4th December
Time: Concert begins at 4:00pm, followed by the Graduation Ceremony
Location: St Ives Chase Kindergarten
The event will be divided into two parts:
1. Christmas Concert –celebrating all children’s achievements.
2. Graduation Ceremony – for children transitioning to school in 2025.
Once the Christmas Concert has finished, we kindly ask that children from the Joeys class and their families leave promptly to make room for the families of those graduating.
📝 Attendance
We kindly request your response regarding attendance and the number of guests who will be attending by Friday, 21st November
Your reply will help us ensure the event runs smoothly and comfortably for everyone.
📸 Photography Reminder
Please note that personal devices are not to be used to take photos during the concert or graduation.
Photos of both events will be taken using the centre’s devices and shared with families via the OWNA app after the celebration.
⚠️ Safety Reminders
We want this to be a safe and enjoyable celebration for everyone. If you are bringing , younger siblings or school-age siblings, please ensure they remain with you at all times.
Children are not permitted to roam around the playground or climb on equipment, as there will be no supervision available, and we want to keep our preschoolers focused during their performances.
We hope that both events will be a memorable and inclusive experience for all families.
